| ASNY Board of Directors |
ASNY is “run” by its Board of Directors, a small group of volunteers from the ASNY community who seek to contribute to the profession. Service on the ASNY board or any of its committee is open to any licensed acupuncturist who is also member of ASNY.
The current Board is composed of the following members.
James Shinol, LAc
President
Huntington, NY
A graduate of Southwest Acupuncture College in Boulder Colorado, James currently is an instructor at several local colleges and serves as the President of the Acupuncture Society of New York (ASNY). He has extensive knowledge and experience in treating infertility (male and female), pain of all types, respiratory and digestive conditions.

Jordan Barber, L.Ac., L.M.T.
Vice-President

Jordan is a past instructor and graduate of the New York College of Health Professions. He is a Licensed Acupuncturist and Licensed Massage Therapist. He is currently in private practice and pursing a post graduate certificate in Orthopedics and
Rehabilitation at Tri-State Acupuncture College.

Michael Jabbour, LAc

Michael is a Touro College graduate focusing on research and Chinese medical text translation. He is an active speaker on issues of technology, medicine, and politics pertaining to traditional Chinese medicine. Mr. Jabbour is one of the founding directors of the New York State Acupuncture Coalition and the current Vice President of the American Association for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (AAAOM). |

Michel Antoine Solounias, MS, LAc, LMT
East Meadow, NY
Michel is a dedicated practitioner practicing Eastern Medicine along with Massage Therapy full time. He is currently a student at the University of Bridgeport earning he second masters degree in human nutrition while continuing to volunteer time and effort to the Acupuncture profession as ASNY chair of CEU's.

Sabrina is a graduate of New York College of Health Professions where she not only studied Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine but Massage Therapy as well. Her previous degrees include a Bachelor of Fine Arts from New York University (NYU). She currently practices in Great Neck, NY with a focus on Pediatrics, Psychology, Infertility and Pain Management. She has been a volunteer Board member of ASNY since 2009 and past Vice-President.

Michelle Wright, MSAOM, L.Ac.
Naples, NY
Michelle is a graduate of the Finger Lakes School of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (FLSAOM) at NYCC. Previously, Michelle served 10 years in public schools as a special education teacher before pursuing a second Masters degree in Acupuncture and herbal medicine. Michelle currently has a private practice in the beautiful Finger Lakes region in upstate NY. She recently joined the board of ASNY in August 2011.

Dylan Stein, L.Ac.
New York, NY
Dylan graduated from the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine – New York, and holds a Master’s of Science in Traditional Oriental Medicine. Before becoming a student of acupuncture and herbal medicine, Dylan completed premedical studies at New York University. When not working in the health and wellness field, Dylan volunteers with local equality and justice organizations.

Robert Seung Min Lee, LAc

Robert studied Eastern Medicine and graduated from the NY College of Health Professions. He is a Licensed Acupuncturist, Licensed Massage Therapist and Registered Respiratory Therapist. Currently, he serves as Secretary and ASNY Liaison for Korean Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine Association of New York (KAOMANY).
